Wendy Thompson has been in the mortgage business locally in Memphis since 2001 and ranks nationally as a top producer.
The key to our success has been building our business around you… our borrowers and referral partners!
What exactly does that mean? A few things:
- Answering as many questions as it takes
- Working diligently to minimize the stress & surprises for everyone during the process
- Doing things right the first time, whether that’s quoting a rate, collecting documents or sending a closing package
- Ensuring each borrower can actually afford the home loan they’re getting and is happy with their rate and terms
- Building a team so that you get the support & attention you need at each step of the journey
- Operating with total professionalism and integrity every step of the way
However, we realize that every mortgage lender seems to promise these same things… so how do you, the consumer or realtor, tell which lenders actually deliver what they promise?
Ask a friend.
In this case, ask any of 350+ people who have left us a verified 5 star review on any of our social profiles.
We look forward to making your mortgage experience the best yet!
