Memphis Allies, launched by Youth Villages, is dedicated to transforming Memphis’s most dangerous places into safe communities where families and businesses thrive and children can reach their full potential. Facing an alarming rise in gun violence, Memphis Allies brings together local groups and resources to identify, connect, and serve those most at risk, youth ages 12 to 35, through innovative intervention programs like SWITCH and SWITCH Youth (Support With Intention To Create Hope). Their mission is to dramatically increase prevention services, promote healing, and empower lasting change for a safer, more hopeful Memphis.
