Automatic Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing is a family-owned and operated company with more than seven decades of history of service to Memphis, TN and the surrounding areas. In fact, we’re the oldest company in the area to be rated by the Better Business Bureau—that’s out of all companies, not only HVAC plumbing contractors. We’ve maintained an A+ rating with the BBB since 1948.

Since we started in 1943, our company has abided by a set of core values:

• Teamwork
• Integrity
• Honesty
• Accountability

Few companies survive for as long as we have in a competitive industry. We attribute our success to a solid commitment to our values. We’re dedicated not only to serving our customers with the best workmanship and customer service, but also to leading in sustainable technology and offering the finest products.

We treat every customer the way we would like to be treated. We aren’t looking to just provide a fast repair and then vanish—we aim to forge long-term relationships with our customers so they know they can always trust us no matter the HVAC or plumbing work they need done.

Technicians Who Put Customers First

Our HVAC technicians are NATE-certified (the only certification recognized universally in the HVAC industry) and we have a team of Journeyman plumbers. Beyond the excellent training of our staff, each one of them is dedicated to customer needs and providing personalized service. Our customers deserve to have options and service tailored to their needs, and that’s what our experts offer them. They rise to any challenge, no job too big or too small. When no one else can get it fixed, we’re the people who can!
