SMALL THINGS THAT MATTER

ROOF FLASHING

Can your roof withstand every storm? If you're not sure, or you have an aging, weathered roof, have one of our inspectors come out and take a look. It's very possible you're subject to leaks and interior damage without flashing properly installed.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

A lot of your home's HVAC system loses its power directly through your roof. Without proper insulation and ventilation, your energy bills can be sky high. Have one of our guys come out and take a look at it – we might be able to save you money on your seasonal electricity bills.

SAFETY

Safety is always at the top of our most important things. 5ash Roofing has and uses safety harnesses and safety lines when needed.

Limited Lifetime Shingle Warranty

Limited Lifetime Labor Warranty

Lifetime Warranty Against Algae

OUR APPROACH

5ash Roofing is a locally owned, family business. The owner, Troy Fiveash, grew up in Memphis and graduated from Bartlett High in 1981. In 1998, he started 5ash Construction and Remodeling and over the years it became 5ash Roofing.

A quote from Troy

"I have always enjoy building things and seeing the fruits of my labor. I turned my hobby into a business in 1998. We survived the recession in 2009 because we were too stubborn to quit or give up. Because of this attitude, we are one of very few companies in this industry that has been in business since before 2008. My son, Rob, and I love what we do, and it shows in everything we do"

STANDARD FEATURES

Always recommends tearing off your existing roof

The warranty is better when a roof only has a single layer of shingles. The look is better and your new roof will last longer.

Upgraded synthetic felt

We only use synthetic felt. Most companies consider this an upgrade, but we use the best products available, always!

Ice and Water Shield

5ash Roofing uses Ice & Water Shield in all the areas of a roof that are prone to leaks - valleys, around penetrations, wall rakes, and pitch transitions. We also use this product where Ice and Snow would likely build and sit on your roof.

Top Grade Shingles, Starters, and Ridge

5ash Roofing only uses the best shingles and related products. By doing this, we can offer the best warranties in the business.
